Post-Build Assessment

Rough Clean
We remove large debris, packaging materials, and visible construction waste. This initial pass clears the space for the detailed clean that follows.
Dust Removal — Top to Bottom
Using industrial HEPA vacuums, we work from ceiling to floor: light fixtures, shelves, window frames, walls, baseboards, and finally floors. Fine dust is captured, not just redistributed.
Surface Detail Clean
Every surface is wiped down — cabinets inside and out, countertops, fixtures, appliances, doors, and frames. Paint overspray and adhesive residue are removed with appropriate solutions.
Floor Finish
All floors are vacuumed and mopped with appropriate products for each floor type. Tile grout is scrubbed clean. Hard floor surfaces are polished to reveal their finish.
